Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dulc3treats! By placing an order through our website, social media, or any other platform, you agree to the terms and condition outlined below. Please review carefully.

Ordering

  • Orders must be placed at least 3-5 days in advance. Rushed or quick orders outside of the above time frame are subject to additional convenience fees. 

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Custom orders may require additional notice or minimum quantities 

Payment

  • Full payment is due to all orders $250 and under at the time of ordering.​

  • All orders over $250 will require a 50% deposit of the total price and the remaining balance will be due upon receiving invoice. 

  • We accept, payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, as well as cash.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled (48 hours) or more in advance will be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours or less of delivery/pickup are non-refundable.

  • Absolutely NO refunds for missed pickups, no shows, or dissatisfaction due to personal taste.

Pickup & Delivery 

​

  • Local pickup is available for free within 10-15 mile radius of Woodlands Tx. at a general area.

  • Delivery is available for free within 10-15mile radius of Woodlands Tx., outside of that based on address will be an additional fee.

  • Customer must be available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time.

Event Staging & Set-Up Policy

  • Dulc3treats offers full event staging and setup services. All equipment, decor elements and materials provided for your event will remain on-site for the duration of the event. These items are the property of Dulc3treats and will be retrieved by our team at the conclusion of the event. 

  • Client agrees not to alter any staging elements however, if any elements are lost, damaged, or  there is missing equipment this will result in a replacement fee, which will be invoiced separately.

  • Dulc3treats maintains a religion and holiday neutral approach in all of our offerings. We do not incorporate specific religious  or holiday-themed decorations into our products or displays, in order to respect the diverse beliefs and preferences of all clients. We focus on elegant, timeless designs that are inclusive and appropriate for a wide range of occasion.

Allergies & Dietary Restriction

  • Dulc3Treats is not an allergen-free kitchen

  • Some items may contain or come in to contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, or other allergens.

  • Customers are responsible  for disclosing allergies before ordering.

Product Presentation

​

  • Photos on the Dulc3treats website and social media represent general styles and set-up. Exact ingredients and arrangements may vary based on seasonality and availability

  • All items are curated and packaged with care, but minor variations may occur.

Intellectual Property

​

  • All content, logos, photos, and product names on our site are the property of Dulc3Treats and may not be used of reproduced without permission.
